Brazilian Butt Lift

A natural fat transfer for a harmonious waist-to-hip silhouette.

Brazilian Butt Lift

Duration: 3–4 hours — general anaesthesia

Stay: one overnight

Back to work: 10–14 days

Before surgery

We assess available fat by ultrasound and sketch the target waist-to-hip ratio. Coagulation labs confirm fitness.

The day of surgery

We liposuction the abdomen, flanks, and back to sculpt the waist; filter the harvested fat and inject it into the buttocks using the SAFE technique (the safest global standard).

After surgery

The specialised pillow is essential for the first 3 weeks. Lymphatic drainage sessions improve fat survival. Follow-ups at 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months.

Recovery plan

  1. 1
    Week 1: no direct sitting

Sleep on stomach or side. Special pillow for unavoidable sitting (thigh-supported).

  2. 2
Weeks 2–3: garment + lymphatic drainage

    Compression worn 24/7 with a buttock cut-out.

  3. 3
    Weeks 4–6: graduated sitting

No gym for the first 6 weeks. Walking encouraged.

  4. 4
    Months 3–6: final result

Maximum resorption completes by month 3. Stable result at 6 months.

  5. العودة للحياة الطبيعية / Back to routine

Right for you if

  • Wanting a more defined waist-to-hip silhouette
  • Enough fat reserves for harvesting (abdomen, back, flanks)
  • Stable weight with a suitable BMI

Not recommended if

  • Very lean with little harvestable fat
  • Cardiac or clotting disorders
  • Unable to avoid direct sitting for 3 weeks post-op

Medical risks — reviewed in consultation

  • Fat embolism — extremely rare with SAFE technique
  • Partial fat resorption (25–40% is normal)
  • Minor asymmetry — rare

Frequently asked

  • Typically 60–75% survives permanently. The rest is resorbed in the first 3 months — which is why we overfill intentionally.
