Duration: 2–3 hours under general anaesthesia
Stay: one overnight in hospital
Back to work: 10–14 days
Before surgery
At the first consultation we analyse your nose using photos and simulation software, then agree on your target outcome. If you have breathing difficulty, we address it in the same operation — not a second surgery.
The day of surgery
Performed in an accredited hospital under general anaesthesia. We use a tissue-respecting technique that minimises bruising.
After surgery
You'll have continuous follow-up: one week (splint removal), one month, and six months — with WhatsApp support between visits.
Recovery plan
- 1Days 1–3: external splint
Rest at home with your head elevated. Puffiness and under-eye bruising are expected.
- 2Week 1: splint removal
We remove the cast and apply light taping. Gentle walking is fine; no strain.
- 3Weeks 2–4: back to work
Visible swelling subsides. The new shape starts to reveal itself.
- 4Months 6–12: final result
Internal swelling fully resolves. The final shape settles around the 12-month mark.
- العودة للحياة الطبيعية / Back to routine

- Heavy smoking without willingness to quit for recovery

Medical risks — reviewed in consultation
- Swelling that can persist for several months
- Minor bleeding or infection — rare
- Small touch-up may be needed later (<10% of cases)
Frequently asked
- The closed technique leaves no external scar. The open technique leaves a tiny mark under the nose that fades within ~6 months.
